Cualquier informaci\u00f3n relacionada con documentaci\u00f3n de viaje entregada por VILLA ser\u00e1 solo referencia.<\/p><p>El viajero reconoce y acepta que es su responsabilidad presentarse con su equipo para el Tour en el lugar, fecha y hora se\u00f1alados en el itinerario.<\/p><p>El viajero reconoce y acepta que es su obligaci\u00f3n cumplir con todas las leyes locales, as\u00ed como respetar las costumbres locales, y seguir las indicaciones del equipo de trabajo de VILLA, que el incumplimiento de esta obligaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 acarrear su expulsi\u00f3n del Tour sin derecho a compensaci\u00f3n alguna por parte de VILLA.<\/p><p>En caso de que, previo al inicio del Tour, el viajero no exprese lo contrario por escrito, el viajero reconoce y acepta que VILLA podr\u00e1 usar en cualquier medio todo el material audiovisual (fotos, videos o audios) capturado en desarrollo del tour por cualquier persona, incluy\u00e9ndolo a \u00e9l mismo, sin derecho a compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica alguna.<\/p><h3><strong>Reserva del viaje<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">Para reservar un Tour primero debes completar el formulario haciendo clic &lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/villacycling.com\/book&quot; target=&quot;_self&quot;aqu\u00ed<\/a>, al enviarlo se te redirigir\u00e1 al sitio de pagos para hacer el primer dep\u00f3sito, con el que se asegura tu cupo en el viaje. Nuestro equipo se contactar\u00e1 contigo para el 2do y 3er pago de acuerdo a los especificado en el Brochure del Tour. Al reservar reconocer que conoces y aceptas los T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones.<\/p><p>La reserva y el pago ser\u00e1n confirmados v\u00eda email, al correo electr\u00f3nico registrado en el formulario. En el mensaje se especificar\u00e1 el valor pagado, el saldo por pagar y la fecha m\u00e1xima para realizar el segundo y tercer pago.<\/p><p>Si la reserva se realiza despu\u00e9s de la fecha l\u00edmite indicada por VILLA se deber\u00e1 pagar el 100% del valor del viaje al momento de reservar (sujeto a disponibilidad).<\/p><h3><strong>Pago final<\/strong><\/h3><p>El pago final se debe hacer con al menos 30 d\u00edas de anticipaci\u00f3n a la fecha de inicio del viaje, a no ser que el Brochure especifique un plazo diferente.<\/p><h3><strong>Pol\u00edticas de cancelaci\u00f3n y reembolso<\/strong><\/h3><p>En caso de cancelaciones por parte del viajero, se aplicar\u00e1n las siguientes pol\u00edticas:<\/p><ul><li>Primer pago: no habr\u00e1 lugar a reembolso.<\/li><li>Segundo pago:<ul><li>Si la cancelaci\u00f3n se presenta con m\u00e1s de 15 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n a la fecha del inicio del viaje se reembolsar\u00e1 el 50% del valor del segundo pago.<\/li><li>Si se presenta durante los 15 d\u00edas previos a la fecha de inicio del viaje no habr\u00e1 lugar a reembolso.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Tercer pago:<ul><li>Si la cancelaci\u00f3n se presenta con m\u00e1s de 15 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n a la fecha del inicio del viaje se reembolsar\u00e1 el 50% del valor del tercer pago.<\/li><li>Si se presenta durante los 15 d\u00edas previos a la fecha de inicio del viaje no habr\u00e1 lugar a reembolso.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>En caso de cancelaciones ocasionadas por limitaciones legales a la actividad tur\u00edstica en el marco de una emergencia sanitaria el total del valor pagado por el viajero se convertir\u00e1 en un cr\u00e9dito a favor del viajero, que podr\u00e1 ser redimido en otro plan tur\u00edstico ofrecido por VILLA dentro de los 24 meses siguientes a la fecha de cancelaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>En caso de cancelaciones por parte de VILLA RIDE TO UNWIND se reembolsar\u00e1 el 100% del valor total pagado por el viajero.<\/p><p>Los reembolsos se har\u00e1n dentro de los 30 d\u00edas calendario a la fecha de notificaci\u00f3n de la cancelaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>En caso de cancelaciones, VILLA no ser\u00e1 responsable por ning\u00fan gasto o adicional relacionado con el viaje en el que haya incurrido el cliente.<\/p><h3><strong>Medical and Travel Insurance<\/strong><\/h3><p>It is the responsibility of each traveler to take out insurance to cover, among others, accidents, injuries, evacuation, repatriation, medical costs, loss of luggage, delays, and cancellations. VILLA RIDE TO UNWIND will not be responsible in any case for personal injury, death, property damage or loss.<\/p><h3><strong>Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h3><p>In the event of \u201cForce Majeure\u201d, any delay in the performance, or non-performance, of VILLA&#8217;s obligations shall not be considered a breach of the agreement by VILLA. According to Colombian law, \u201cForce Majeure\u201d are those events that are external, unforeseeable and irresistible, such as an earthquake.
